Update before Christmas :)

First of all, we were zombies for Halloween. I know it seems like everyone was a zombie, but I had never been anything gruesome before! It was so fun, even if only 3 kids came to our door :)

Brady...the zombie...bandit.

Our tree with the prettiest snow outside! I will definitely miss this view when we have to move...

Cute husband at the Riverwoods Lighting.

I got tickets to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert!!  We were on row 13!!  SO great!

We invited Jackson and Emily :)

We had awesome seats!

Merry Christmas! :)

Fall 2012

Brady and I went to a Dracula production for before Halloween. It was so fun! It was held in a private room at The Spaghetti Factory and the actors interacted with the guests. We loved it!

We went and did the spooky moonlight lift ride at Sundance with some friends. So fun!

Attended Emily's yearly "I'm Beautiful - Pretty in Pink" fashion show for breast cancer. It was on Emily's birthday!

We got a new puppy named Danny, but unfortunately had to give him up after learning we weren't allowed to have a pet at our home. I cried for a good two days straight....I still love him!

I was bored with my hair so I added some red to it! It's faded a little since then, but it is a fun change!

Brady took this picture after work one day. I live in a beautiful place!! We are very blessed!

Summer 2012

This summer has been so great! I need to do better at blogging because I can't even remember what we did in June. We watched the NBA finals (loved it) and I tried making a few new recipes (success!).  We went to concerts in the park, movies in the park and the farmers market! I also found a new love of the Homestead Resort. At the end of the month we headed to Carlsbad, CA for our annual family vacation and had the best time.  We love being with our family and this year we hung out with Keri's family almost every day too!

When we got back, we had visitors staying at our house almost every day in the month of July.  First up was Brady's sisters, who stayed over a couple nights with their kids and we loved it!!!  It's so fun to have little nieces and nephews around. Lots of family games and food.  In between all the madness I threw Emily a bachelorette party! Then Keri's family came and stayed with us and we had some fun times with them as well.  Lastly, my family came and stayed for a week and we had tons of fun!!  Exploring downtown Salt Lake City, enjoying Midway, demolition derby, dinner at my in-laws and seeing Seven Brides for Seven Brothers at Sundance!

Going to eat at Jay's right when Brady and I pulled up to California!
